I press continue and page just reloads. i have empty cache please advised

I'm having the same issue, can't get past the "How did you file last years taxes" menu, every time I press continue it just refreshes.

Extremely disappointing to receive an answer like this - especially given the author has mentioned they already cleared cache. Spent 3h on hold with your support line for them to tell me there is nothing they can do.
