I purchased turbo tax on line for the 2018. I had the CD version last year. I've followed the instructions to transfer data am frozen at the building profile screen

If you are using the downloaded version - please uninstall the original version, and reinstall using the link provided here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp . With the same IKC provided with the original download.
