I submitted my tax return on Apr 30 without having it reviewed as review services were booked up. I still want to have it reviewed. How can I have it reviewed?

I would like to make necessary corrections if there are any mistake, and refile it.

Unfortunately, you can only have your return reviewed before you file. You can still ask questions about your return, though.
