I've added T5013 info but have a couple of expenses I paid personally. Do I have to fill out the whole self employment info to claim these? Do I leave other fields blank?

yes, you would need to fill out the self-employment information to claim these expenses. Note, however, that only certain expenses are deductible. For example, meal and entertainment expense are only partially deductible.
