I want to do my wife and my taxes together, I’m not sure if I bought the proper package.

Can I change my profile to split income and add my wife’s T4?

No, you can't split T4 income, only Pension income. This Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) page shows what kind of income can be split: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/individuals/topics/pension-income-splitting/eligible-pension-income.html
