I have no idea what I should do as it seems like there is no live chat window available for this and other than waiting I don't know what I should do or who I should contact with. This is really a bad experience and it is very late from my current time zone and I will go to sleep for now, hope I could get some better solution or answers for this. Thank you
If you want to use Assist & Review services, you should have a phone number in Canada or US. Experts can't call international phone numbers.

I see, then I guess it might be better if it is indicated or there is an option to choose some message mode. My order number is TTWND290943198 and let me know if there is anything else I need to provide, as it seems like I could only subscribe to some deluxe version next year.
