If I file my taxes online using the Turbotax delux version for my wife and I ,are the returns saved on the computer so they can be reviewed before they are netfiled.?

The returns are not saved on your computer, but you will get the option to preview your return before you file. This will download a PDF with your full tax forms onto your computer.
