If my spouse is non resident, would I enter my spouse's net income in zero?

When going to the Tell us more about your spouse page, I chose "non resident". Then I was said, 'was your spouse's net income zero?' Actually he has income outside Canada. Even though he is not entitle to pay tax, would he disclose the actual income?

As long as your spouse earned income outside of Canada and non a resident of Canada. You do not need to disclose his income to CRA.
