"If you received a letter from Service Canada for amounts for prior years..attach it to your paper return and mail both to CRA. Do not NETFILE your return." How?

This is message I am getting from TurboTax. But how do I get to the print stage to mail when I can't access the line I need to enter information (its not included in the eligible deduction section.) The numbers will be wrong?
