Importing 2018 tax information from CRA - I successfully sign in CRA, turbotax starts downloading until it gets near the end of the progress bar it fails "oops an error"

using a mac computer connected to the turbo tax cloud offering

Unfortunately, TurboTax is not supported with Icloud. You will have to try again, without the Icloud.
