Morning,
I purchased 2022 Turbotax premier. I have already updated the software for the current version.
I am trying to import 2022 data from CRA. I have logged in successfully, I receive a message that indicated that the connection was successful and I can now close my CRA window. When I return to Turbotax, it looks like it going to import the data and then I receive a message stating it could not find the slips.
I have logged off and on and tried this process 3 times. I checked the CRA website, the slips are there. Why is it not uploading? Does it need a specific Brower?
