Impot Rapide 2020 ou 2021 does not install - MSI error 1619

Bonjour, I have been trying to install Impot Rapide 2020 et 2021 several times and it does not install. The install process starts it unzips some files and after a little while it delete the files and stops. Nothing get installed. There is a json log file that gets created in ProgramData\Intuit\Turbotax\MSI\TY21\logs and it is there that I see the  errorCrashID 1619. Help...

Please try rebooting your computer. Then check the Start Menu to see if the TurboTax icon is there. Click on it, it should continue with the installation process. If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608.
