I am using Turbo Tax Standard 2019 Online.
The amount showing for my pension income in the final 'Income Summary' is wrong.
I have gone back through all of my data entry and everything is correct. The 'T4A Summary' is correct - as are all of the other income screens for both myself and my husband.
Yet the final 'Income Summary' has an inflated income assigned to me. My husband's is correct.
This clearly says to me that there is some kind of glitch in the TurboTax (online) calculator.
Has anybody else encountered this problem? What is the resolution? (besides of course Turbo Tax fixing their issue...)
UPDATE... I changed laptops, changed browsers, and started all over again - and it worked fine. GO figure... but this was seriously annoying and time I didn't need to have spent doing this twice!
I paid for someone at turbo tax o check my competed t 2019 tax, said it was perfect. For Quebec, I had to pay according to turbo tax. I received my Quebec assessment and received a refund because turbo tax missed, one of the deductions. Waste of money to have them check
