I got a call from this number after asking for help. he looked at my screen and told me to write tax advisor and someone would call me back. She called from the same number able to see my screen and talking to someone else? Nothing was fixed or helpful, she supposedly couldn't see my screen anymore? Feels kinda sketchy and doesn't make me feel too comfortable using turbotax after 10+ years.
