is net file still not functioning?

note from turbo tax says they will email me when net file is available that was 5 days ago

NETFILE is functional.

 

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software.

 

If you are using TurboTax Do It Yourself (Online), please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again.
