Is the Canadian capital gains calculation (T3 slip) in TurboTax Premier 2024 correct? It should be box 21 - box 37, but I am getting box 21 + box 37.

Entered a single T3 with box 52 857.09, 53 998.03, 58 89.98 and 59 27.38 so box 21 is 1855.12 and box 37 is 117.36. Line 21 on schedule 3 should be 1737.76, but the software says 1972.48.

We are aware of this on the English side too, and we have a list of forms that are still in development here:  https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/turbotax-support/en-ca/help-article/tax-return/turbotax-say-forms-locked-finalized/L9h4thZZJ_CA_en_CA

Schedule 3 is one of the locked form that has not been finalized by CRA yet.

Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?

I am using TurboTax Premier 2024 Desktop. If I enter the T3 data for boxes 37, 58 & 59 with a negative sign I get the right answer on schedule 3, but I should not have to do this.

Separately, the 50% split of a T3 between 2 spouses does not give the correct answer either.
