Is there a bug? I cant proceed after the question - "Were you required to make an adjustment using a T1139 form?"

I am having the same problem.

So frustrating. Nothing I do helps me move past this issue. I even created an entirely new tax return but I get to the same place and it is not letting me proceed. 

There’s another thread on this that Support is aware of. Hopefully they resolve it soon. It is very frustrating.
