Is there a glitch in the TurboTax software in regards to Spousal RIFS?

My wife has 2 RSP accounts in her name. One is her personal RSP and the other is a Spousal account that I the husband contributed to. We took out RIFS from both accounts in 2018. I entered the info from both T4RIF slips under her tax form, but the Spousal RIF amount got transferred to my tax form. My understanding is that the Spousal RIF should have stayed on her tax form. That's the reason why you get a Spousal RSP, so the lower income spouse gets taxed at the lower rate. Is there a glitch in the TurboTax software?

The issue seems to be created when I enter the box 24 amount which is the same as box 16.  If I read the back of the T4RIF correctly, I don't need to enter box 24.  When I removed the amount from box 24, it worked as expected and all RIF amounts stayed on my wife's tax form.
