It asks for my husbands 2024 tax return numbers however he hasn’t filed yet not filed yet. Do I use his 2023 return numbers?

Spouse's income is used to calculate certain credits on your income tax return. If your Marital status is 'Married" or  a "Common Law" you do need to provide your spouse/ partners information, If you do not have the exact amount, you can add an estimated amount for Tax Year 2024.
