just downloaded and code is not correct so they say

afternoon:  I just purchased and downloaded turbo tax 2022 and wrote the code down to register and being told it is not correct.  The code I received is (removed code).  Please let me know what the problem is

Please note that this is a public forum and we have removed the code you included. We have verified your code, please replace the 2 ZZ with 22.
