I enter license code 16 digits but not working.It's coming again and again the message"Something's not right, try re-entering your code.

BOUGHT TURBO tax standard at costco- has a cd which will not load and a paper with a licence code which i tried to down turbotax and use code- but no- says " something is not right"

do i take this back to costco?

I purchased my package from Walmart last night and the licence code does not work
