Licence code required after update of software.

The Turbotax software said that there was an update available. I downloaded it, but Turbotax is now asking for my licence code. I can't find the e-mail that I was supposed to have received upon purchase. How do I get my licence code?

 

I have been using Turbotax for years, and I have never been asked the licence code a second time.

I purchased Turbo Tax on line when I was first notified by email.  Since then I can't find email with the licence code.  Please send it to me so that I can work on my income tax. Thanks

Same problem, called the number above.....and they sent me right back to the "Where is my TurboTax licence code?" page on your website.


Do NOT need to go around in a circle of phone-web[product key removed]ge-phone-etcetera; I need the licence code itself.
