License Code

I have a new laptop and all data was transfered, however I need to re-install the TurboTax. Since I purchased Turbotax from Best Buy last year and don't have / can't find the license code I called TurboTax and I'm told they can't help me and I'll need to purchase a new 2023 s/w??? I've been using them for 12+ years. There HAS to be another way??

Do you have an access to your old computer and you still have TurboTax Desktop installed on your old computer? If that is the case please send us a direct message so we can guide you through on how to locate the License code within the software.
