If you have bought TurboTax Online, you can only use the Activation code once in one account. Using the code again will give an error message. Instead, just login to the same account as you did when you originally used your code.

If you are installing TurboTax Desktop 2024 again, then just sign in using the same account as you did when you installed it the first time. Your license should then be there for you to select.
