Lost all inputted data

Lost all my data when I mistakenly filled to my taxes and meant to Assist and Review Self-Employed but clicked Full Service Self-Employed Tax experts button.  It seems to have cleared all my data, is there any way to get this information back?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to retrieve all the information that you have already entered as you upgraded to Full Service.
