It's been over a week since my assigned TaxExpert was in contact to say "Hello, I will be working on your returns if I get a chance today otherwise for sure tomorrow. thank you for your patience. Jaskiran, Tax Expert".
Since then, the Tax Expert does not reply to my queries.
What's the right mechanism for gettting a new Tax Expert assigned, or to request a refund for the service so that I can go elsewhere?
