lost new version download

how do I reload the latest version that I just bot. I loaded the new version but it disappeared.

Hi @George09, 

 

Could you confirm whether you purchased the Desktop version or TurboTax Online? 

 

If it is TurboTax Online, you should be able to see your tax return when you sign in here: https://ww1.2022.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/signin
