Missing activation code

I purchased the software January 8th 2023 and installed it today. Order # QSTNA177848234

Receipt did not provide the code. Please state how I can get the code to activate the software

The activation code you provided worked  and I am now able to use the program.

I have the same issue. I ordered the software yesterday and tried installing. Order # QSTND289364760

The Receipt I received did not provide the installation code. I called Turbo Tax support yesterday evening and the agent told me to wait 24 hours for an invoice to be sent with the code. It’s been 24 hours, no invoice received and no code. Not sure how to receive the code to activate the software.
