moving expenses 2018 carry forward

I have moving expenses I am carrying forward from 2018.  When I complete the T1 M form in Turbotax the carry forward amount appears on line 19A and 21. I enter the income I earned in 2019 at my new location on line 22. 

Line 23 is a calculated field. It is suppose to take the lower amount between line 21 and line 22. This does not happen in Turbotax.  The only way to put the proper value in is to do an override, but, if I do this I can't Netfile. Is Turbotax aware of this problem?

I have duplicated your scenario using the "carry-forward moving expenses" profile, under the moving search engine using "Find" in the top blue bar. I cannot duplicate the error. 

Attached is a picture of the T1-M I created using carry-forward moving expenses of $5000 and a current 2019 income of $60,000.
