my activation code not working

I enter my cube right but dies not work

To activate your TurboTax Online version please visit this link. Select that " I have an account" ,log into your account and proceed to the second step by adding your 16 digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product. Please note that TurboTax Online activation can only be linked to one account.

I entered my activation code but then couldnt find last years taxes to upload. Now unable to re enter site. It wont accept my activation code

@shelbert1993 Which product did you use last year? An online version or a desktop version?

I have been trying to file a second return on the premier online addition that i purchased from Costco, yet it will not accept the activation code. It was to have 12 returns?
