Hi, sorry to piggy back on their question, but The chat function is not working on my turbo tax either. I get emails that my expert has sent me messages, but cannot view them when i log in.
Can you please update me on if the issue has been resolved for you and if you were able to get in contact with your tax expert?
My chat is not working as well, let me know where to find an option to connect with an assistant
@kristinaer, I had to call their tech support number. It got fixed after a couple of days.
After calling the tech support number, the issue was resolved.
Please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 as they will be better able to assist you.
Sorry to piggy back on this thread but couldn't see where I could post my own message. The chat function on my Turbotax does not work. When I click start chat, nothing happens.
