My credit card was charged twice on separate occasions.

Hi,

My credit card was charged twice on two separate occasions through the TurboTax Deluxe online.

 

I was charged C$22.59 on 7-March on my card and I wasn’t able to file my returns. However, I was able to file my returns successfully on 8-March but unfortunately I was charged C$22.59 yet again.

 

I do hope to receive a refund on the payment for one of the transactions?

To whom it may concern:  I was charged on my mastercard on March 13 and 14.  The one on the 13th is correct but the 14th probably happened when I started to do it again to verify the first time but I did not complete it

past the "Review".  The second time the program would not let me put the Covid $500 in the right spot but on the 13th it did therefore I wish to have a refund for one of the payments.  Thank you.
