My return was rejected and was advised to contact my service provider. I tried several times to pay for assistance but the form will not accept my information. please advise

Could you provide us with more details? Is it rejected by CRA? What error are you getting? 

I tried to file my tax return for 2024. Somehow it did not get filed. When I did not receive my refund back in May, I was told by Turbo Tax to mail my tax return to the IRS.
Which I did. Last week they sent me a request asking for more information.
While reviewing my return I found that I had made several errors. I have not been able to get help locally.
I would like to be able to correct the data on my return and return a corrected copy to the IRS.
