My T2 2017 software won't recognize or carry forward my T2 2016 file. I have used this software for decades and I have never had this problem.

Can't carry forward my 2016 T2 file to the 2017 T2 software.

Hello,

It sounds like you have done everything correct and the software would be looking for a file in a .GB6 format.  If you aren't storing the file in the standard Document/My ProFile Data/T2returns folder then you would have to navigate to where the file is being stored.  Please contact our support at 1-866-438-8020 for more assistance.
