My .tt23 file is not password protected by I cannot upload it because it keep asking for one. How can I get around it?

Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? 

There is no error message. It simply wouldn’t go through. In disappointment I have now signed up for the full service option.
