Net file Quebec - "software update" prevents filing

When I go to file my completed Quebec taxes using TurboTax, I get an error message: "NetFile errors prevent you from using Revenu Québec's NetFile service. When I click on "Fix Your Errors," I get a message saying, "Due to a software update, please review your entries for medical expense deductions and make sure the values are correct.” I do the review - the expenses are correct - but it won't recognize that I reviewed the section, and it won't allow me to dismiss the error. I tried editing the expenses, changing a digit for each but always returning them to the correct amount, and  it still doesn't work.  Any suggestions? I am unable to file my Quebec taxes through Netfile because of this glitch. Thank you.

I order to assist you properly, can you tell us which TurboTax version you are using, Desktop or Online?

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, make sure you have the updated version. You should have Version 00.01.73 Build 7007 068G26.

When you click on fix, can you send us a screenshot of the entire message at the top of the page? Make sure to hide all personal information showing on this screenshot.

Thank you very much for your response! As it turned out, I logged out for 24 hours, and when I logged in again, (at the same page)  I was able to proceed and submit my taxes by e-file. So I'm not sure what happened, but it seems to have been resolved. Again, I really appreciate the response to my question.
