NETFILE failed - no internet connection

I used NETFILE for my T1135 (easy and successful) and then it has failed to upload my T1 return because it says I have no internet connection.  I have very reliable internet.

 

I have logged out restarted the computer and logged in and tried again.

 

I also tried the manual upload but it did not work.

 

(THIS IS NOT A TAX QUESTION - THIS IS A PRODUCT FAILURE.)

Yep....same problem.  I filed one return and it worked, and five minutes later (and now hours since) it says it cannot find and internet connection.   I obviously have a connection since all other sites work fine, and this bloody program will do an update....and then says it has no connection at filing.

 

I have used this program since it came out and it has given me increasing problems over they years. This year is the last time. I am now looking at printing and hard copy mailing one of the two returns.   

 

The program also failed to import my return from last year... something about using a purchased CD vs a download version.  What a bunch of crap.
