Netfile status. I still don't receive CRA account after 3 weeks

Hello, I want to know what is going on with my refund.
I did a tax refund 3 weeks ago for me and my common-law partner.
She received CRA account in 24 hours but I still don't have.

I have the Netfile confirmation status for each refund.
CRA result code for me was: 82-01.

If you successfully sent your tax return via NETFILE, then you can check the status of your return using the CRA's My Account, or you can call them and ask.

The Canada Revenue Agency's goal is to send your refund within 2 weeks, when you file online, but it may take longer if your return is selected for a more detailed review.
