I just purchased a deluxe Online Edition from Costco. Opening the box I found a card with my activation code. As I walked through your process to download my purchase I reached the block to enter my 16 digit activation code. Taking great care I entered it, verified it a number of times and it will not work. I keep getting "Something is not right, try re-entering your code". It does not matter how many times I try. The response is the same.
Check to make sure that you purchased an online version and not a digital download version (it would say that on the box). It may be that you have the code for the wrong product.
