If you bought a TurboTax CD from a retail store, your licence code is on the sleeve that the CD came in. If you didn't receive a code on your CD sleeve, contact TurboTax Support.

This message did not answer my question re: no license code included in purchased boxed package. Not able to start software. Please instruct how to talk to a live person as IT response (and automatic voice response) not sufficient.
If it asks you if you want information by text message or email, just say no and the automated attendant will move on. It will ask you for your name and contact information and then transfer you to an agent.
