I paid for a live review and return for this years tax return. Paid $250 for this service.
The live expert who got assigned to me dropped off the call within the first 2 minutes. She said she would call back but never did. She replied two days later saying return is ready and need my signatures to files which I cannot open because they are password protected. I need to speak with a customer service representative and have my situation resolved but there is no way for me to do that. Does anyone know how I can connect to a CS rep? The Turbotax website says to go to review from the menu and all that but I do not see any such options in my return. Please help.
