I purchased the new turbo tax 2023 and got an error. I didn't get a receipt confirmation to my email. Now, i dont have a licensing code to start my taxes. not sure how to proceed. I do have an order number, the date and the cost, nothing else. Any help would be aprpreciated.
Did you check your spam/junk folder for the email with the licence?

I have been a long time TurboTax user. This will be my last. I have not received my License number. I check my e-mail including Junk mail hourly. You did not take this long to take my payment. I paid for It.
