I purchased the full service package and we started preparing my return. I had to add a document and my expert was scheduled to call me two days ago. I added the document and did not receive a call. Additionally the 'send a message' function does not work at all (just routes to a FAQ page). There are no help links or contacts anywhere.
I have no idea what the problem is or how to contact anyone to ask.
