None of my file returns are showing on my account - how do i get them? No one is answering the phone lines. Just dead air when i get a call back.

i have watched the video and my online account on my computer does not look like the one in the video either.

Did you file your returns using TurboTax Online, the TurboTax App or TurboTax CD/Download?

Online - I called and spoke with a person and she filed them for me as I uploaded documents for her.

Are you logged into 2023 or a previous year? If you are logged into 2023, you’ll need to scroll down to the bottom and click on “Access your filed tax returns” to get PDF files of your filled returns. If you want to actually go into a return file, you will have to login to the year that the return was filed for. 

 

If “Access your filed tax returns” is empty, you may be logged into and account that is different from the one you used to create those returns.
