North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)

I am getting the below error code each time I try to NETFILE my 2021 return.   I have updated based on 2022 codes on stats can and it still does not work please help!

 

 

Write down the following error code(s) 280002 from the CRA and then contact TurboTax Customer Support if you need assistance.

What is the industry you are in and what code are you trying to use?

Hi Two separate industries 

 

For 2020 these codes worked but for 2021 they are not.  I tried the 2022 codes and they were also not accepted.  Trying to file my 2021 tax return using 2021 Turbotax.  

 

Acting - 711130 was the code we attempted to use 

 

Vintage Clothing Sales online store -  453310 was the code we attempted to use.   

 

Each time trying to Netfile CRA rejected the codes.

Can you please try 713999 and 419110 as your industry codes and if these do not work, you will need to contact the CRA for assistance at 1-800-959-8281.
