I paid for Full Service Premier and set up a phone appointment with Turbotax specialist providing an international phonenumber as I am living abroad but have to submit the Taxes for Canada. This does not seem to work, never got a call nor an email saying it is not possible to connect.
Any way possible to have a video call through the provided email instead?

The support team doesn't help. It seems to require you to enter your number and email so that the automated system can decide whether to pass you along to a human. Except it will not accept the international number and cannot seem to identify the account without it.
