not able to select Netfile Quebec after filing my taxes no errors showing but an icon not allowing me to select it

not able to select Netfile Quebec 2024 after filing my taxes no errors showing but an icon not allowing me to select it,although i was able to do so for federal , case is for both myself and spouse , and my daughter .

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please update your software. (Help>Update)

 

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may need to clear your cache and cookies to see the changes, or you can try using another browser.
