Not eligible for electronic filing

I made the mistake of already going through the credit card portion, before I realized that it wouldn't let me efile. When I look at the review section, it states that my 1040 has numerous zero values. However, when I go through each section of my documents, there is no where that is a 1040. I'm not sure what to do.

I'm 100% disabled veteran and the only reason I was using this was for the efile. I could go somewhere local and file free due to my status.

I've searched "1040" at the top in turbotax and it just takes me to the first section about personal information, which is already filled out.

Are you using the downloaded product, or completely online?

If downloaded:

Have you tried looking at a print preview of your return? If you see your address, in another screen, I think that would be the heading of your 1040.

Also, did you use the "take me through everything" (or similar) option to create your return? Turbotax will guide you through all the sections, if you let it. I recommend starting at the first screen. I hope this helps.

I ended up speaking with someone on the phone and they resolved this issue.
