Not recognizing my husband's native status

I have completed both our income tax and want to efile. There is an error that comes up because it wants me to put an income amount on Line 14 of my husband's return. My husband works on the reserve so he has native status and is exempt from tax. I indicated his income on Line 71 but when I go to file it still wants me to put an income amount in Line 14. I indicated at the beginning of the return that he has native status (i checked the box). I have tried a few things, I have never had a problem before with his income tax and filing. Is there a glitch in the software. Should I just print it as it is and send in through the mail. If anyone has any ideas how I can get around this that would be very helpful.

We have been unable to duplicate this in our return.
