OAS reporting error

I have filled out the T4A(OAS) slip with the amount shown on Box 21 (all other boxes are empty). Saved it. And I can see that amount appearing on T1 General, Line 14600. When I tried to send NetFile, an error message says "I have not reported an amount for Old Age Security" but when I clicked the FIX button, it pops up the T4A(OAS) slip which does have the amount that I entered earlier. Why ?

 

The system won't let me send NetFile.

You should have an amount in Box 18 as well for the Taxable Pension portion. Box 21 is for the supplement portion only. to receive the supplement you should have received the taxable portion too. You see an amount on Line 11300 and Line 14600.
